How long does it take to get the box delivered?

It takes approx 3-4 working days for your Treela package to be delivered, after you've received the confirmation email.

What if I haven't received my box after 3 - 4 working days?

In compliance with our terms of service & Shipping and refund policy, you should expect to see a refund in 7 days.
